Sea Snail King

This story grew out of a fascination with Paul Klee's painting, a love of the oceans and the discovery that, in Mexico, a purple dye is extracted from the 'tears' of sea snails.

I let Klee's Complementary line guide me in the shaping of the story

- polyphony around a firm melody.
